El Rincon Booster Code of Conduct

The El Rincon Booster Club exists to better El Rincon Elementary through connection, enrichment, and support — nurturing educational excellence, safeguarding teacher and staff support, and strengthening our Rocket community.
We provide enrichment opportunities for students both in and out of the classroom, and we count on our grown-ups to help make them safe, positive, and fun.
When adults, which includes, but is not limited to, family members, caregivers, guardians, and parents, are present during these events, classes, and programs, the El Rincon Booster Club expects everyone involved to demonstrate a high bar with their behavior towards students, staff, organizers, and other adult supporters.
In the event the below rules are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave and, in some cases, you will be asked to not participate in future Booster activities, including, but not limited to, being present for drop off or pick up of Booster Club events..
Below is our El Rincon Booster Club Code of Conduct.
1. Respect is the Rule
-
Respect the students (they’re the reason we’re all here).
-
Respect the teachers, staff, and volunteers (they work hard and deserve our support).
-
Respect fellow caregivers and parents (even if you don’t always agree).
-
Respect school property (if it’s not yours, treat it better than yours).
2. Cheer, Don’t Jeer
We love enthusiastic support; clap, cheer, snap pics (when appropriate and approved). But keep it positive. Booing, heckling, talking down or eye-rolling at kids, staff, or other adults is prohibited.
3. Be a Role Model
Our kids are watching (seriously, they notice everything). Show them how adults can be gracious, encouraging, and a little silly when the moment calls for it.
4. Pitch In When You Can
Volunteering, donating, or just lending a hand goes a long way. Even small efforts make a big difference, and they model community spirit for our kids.

5. Dispute Resolution

Should you have any issues with any individuals or the manner in which any event is conducted,
you must contact either Booster Board president by emailing elrinconboosters@gmail.com or the administration at our school. Any confrontations at any Booster Club event will result in immediate expulsion and may result in you being prevented from future participation in Booster activities, including, but not limited to, drop off and pick up.
6. Keep It Safe & Kind
Follow official school rules, keep your cool, and be mindful of space and noise levels. Remember: safety first, kindness always.
7. Have Fun!
Booster events and programs should bring joy, not stress. Laugh, smile, and celebrate the moments. That’s what our kids will remember most.

*** Attendance or participation in any El Rincon Booster program signifies your agreement to this Code of Conduct and your commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful environment for all students, staff, and families.
Our goal as a Booster Club is to always resolve concerns quickly, respectfully, and privately.
